5. Payments & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our work and the immediate allocation of resources upon enrollment or purchase, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
i. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

All payments made to Para Projects are final and non-refundable, regardless of project stage, academic outcome, or client decision

This policy applies to all services, project modules, training packages, consultation fees, subscriptions, and digital deliverables

Once payment is initiated or completed, no cancellations, chargebacks, or reversals will be entertained
ii. Acknowledgment Before Payment

Clients are required to acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy before initiating payment

By proceeding with payment, you agree that you fully understand and accept that refunds will not be provided under any circumstance
iii. Project Delivery & Quality Assurance

While refunds are not permitted, Para Projects ensures that all deliverables are created with industry-standard practices, academic compliance, and professional quality

Any feedback or modification requests will be handled as part of our support and revision process, but this does not entitle clients to refunds
iv. Academic Outcomes Disclaimer

We do not guarantee grades, acceptance, or recognition of work by academic institutions
- •
Refund requests based on academic results, institutional rejections, or external evaluations will not be entertained
v. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Clients agree not to dispute charges or raise chargebacks with banks, credit card providers, or payment gateways

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will be considered a breach of contract, and Para Projects reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including recovery costs and damages
vi. Exceptional Situations

While our policy is absolute, Para Projects reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to provide service credits, extensions, or adjustments in rare cases of proven technical failures attributable solely to us

Such remedies will never include cash or monetary refunds

We respect the confidentiality of client-provided materials. Unless legally required, we do not disclose sensitive project data without consent. Clients are also expected to respect confidentiality of solutions provided by Para Projects.
7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Our website and services may integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, or academic tools. We are not liable for downtime, errors, or misuse arising from third-party platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: Para Projects is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including academic penalties, data loss, or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Para Projects, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from misuse of our services, breach of Terms, or violation of laws.
10. Academic Integrity Disclaimer
Para Projects provides support, guidance, and project development solutions intended for learning and research purposes. Users are solely responsible for complying with their institution's policies on originality, plagiarism, and academic integrity.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected misuse, or non-compliance with payment obligations.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai.
